Directions for Use

The standard serving size is one-half teaspoon. There are 96 servings per 8 oz bottle.

Provides 134 mg of elemental, ionic magnesium per serving – no Betaine HCl or digestive enzymes required for proper absorption.

For headaches: Take one to four servings at the onset of headache. Chase each serving of Two Plus™ with 3 ounces of water. If the headache has not gone away in two hours, take one or two more servings, followed with water. Try to limit servings to 10 in one 24-hour period.

Children (6-12) should take one-quarter teaspoon with a maximum of 6 servings in one 24-hour period.

To restore optimum ionic magnesium levels and maintain homeostasis, take ½ teaspoon three times daily, followed by 3 ounces of water, preferably on an empty stomach.

Note: Two Plus™ is a hypertonic solution of electrolytes and mineral ions. It is important to chase all servings with the recommended amount of water for best results. Use water only; do not substitute soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea or alcoholic beverages for the water! If you take too large a serving or space servings too closely, the minerals in Two Plus™ can act as an osmotic laxative.

Two Plus™ should not be taken by anyone diagnosed with kidney disease. Our bodies regulate magnesium levels by the normal ability to excrete excess amounts through the urine. If you have kidney disease you should supplement only if recommended by your doctor.
